STRONG Youth Program: Bite Into Your Future

❄️ WINTER SESSION REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
The STRONG Youth Program is launching its Winter Session with Bite Into Your Future — an 8-week, hands-on nutrition & healthy habits course designed for middle and high school students.

Students will learn:
🥗 How food impacts energy, focus, and mood
⚡ Healthy habits that boost performance
🍎 Easy meals & snacks they can prep themselves
🧠 How nutrition shapes emotions & confidence
👣 How to honor God by caring for their bodies

Program Details:
📅 Tuesdays • 6:30–8:00 PM
❄️ Winter Session (8 Weeks)
👥 Middle & High School Students
💵 $100 Early Registration
⏳ Price increases to $125 this Sunday
📍 PCLA / GFC Resource Center

This session gives students practical tools, real-world understanding, and a fresh sense of ownership over their health and future.
