Won't you pray with me?
Heavenly Father, in the matchless name of Jesus, we praise You; for this is a day that You have made and we shall rejoice and be glad in it.
We thank you Father for Your goodness and Your mercy. We thank You Father today for waking us up. We thank and praise you Father in the name of Jesus that no weapon formed against us this day shall prosper and any tongue that rises against us You will refute. We thank and praise You Father that you have allowed us to see this day and granted us new mercies each day. For you are faithful. Father we pray your word found in Psalm 27, that You Lord are our light and our salvation, Whom Shall We Fear. That the Lord is the strength of our Lives of whom shall we be afraid. Father hear our voices when we call, Lord be merciful to us and answer us. My heart says of You, "seek his face" then Your face Lord I will seek.
Teach me Your way Lord, lead me in a straight path because of my enemies. Do not turn us over to the desire of our foes, the false witnesses that rise up against us spouting accusations. However we remain confident of this, we will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
We thank You for this day that You have made. And we will rejoice and be glad in it.
Order our steps, guard our coming and going, rebuke the enemy on our behalf as we commit the work of our hands to the service of the Lord.
We offer this prayer this morning to greet our day, giving all praise and thanks to our Lord and Savior. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.
