The Bayview ORV area is now open at the Shenago Lake.
BDRE staff went for a ride around the outer loop to see how our repair work is holding up with all the rain we have been having. We were pleasantly surprised to see that all the drainage to the big holes is working and that the newly graded sections were getting compacted and smoothed out. Some of the big holes that were undrainable, we built trail around them. Those of you that want to play in the mud still have that option. Thanks again to Sunbelt Rentals for their help with this project

BEST DAM RIDE EVER staff were out today participating in the Fredonia VFD spring ride.
They did a great job setting it up as usual.

This past weekend Best Dam Ride Ever staff teamed up with Sunbelt Rentals to restore the Bayview ORV area. Heavy Equipment from Sunbelt Rentals and equipment from our staff reclaimed the entire outer loop and parking area. The rain Saturday hampered our efforts but we moved forward. We hope our work brings back the enthusiasm in this ORV area. We will be watching the weather to hold another workday for volunteers on foot for final touch up. Follow us for updates.

The Best Dam Ride Ever group will soon commence construction at the Bayview ORV Area, involving heavy equipment for grading the outer loop, installing culvert pipes, and clearing brush. Due to safety concerns associated with heavy machinery, participation will be restricted during this phase. A final cleanup event will be scheduled for the following weekend, where volunteers will be welcomed to assist. Follow us for updates on times.
