Our group had the opportunity to go to Frost Fest at Camp Carl in Ravenna Ohio a few weeks ago (back when there was snow!). We spent three days playing games, listening to messages on Moses, and worshipping with other churches in the area.

Our teens kicked off the youth group year with a trip to Irons Mill for the Faith, Family, Freedom Festival- where they won a dancing competition! (Pics stolen from Teri Childers). Thankful for the teens and volunteers who are willing to live for The Lord.

It's about that time! With school back in session, we'll be starting back up youth group for 6th-12th grades at The Chapel at Mercer! Regular meetings will be held at the church from 6-7:30 with a hangout time at 5:30 unless otherwise noted.

Hard to believe there's only a few weeks left in the school year. Our last REACH meeting at The Chapel will be May 4th for a taco fiesta at 6! Then we will be off May 11th (Mother's Day) and our year-end move up date outing will be on May 18th.

We're taking REACH on the road this week! Due to an event happening at The Chapel on Sunday evening, we will be meeting up at Mercer Mercantile on Sunday night for some board / card games. We'll be hanging out from 5:30 - 6:50 with a mini Bible lesson at about 6:30 and prize boxes to follow after. We'll try to be out by about 6:50 since the Merc closes at 7. Parents, please plan on pickup and drop off directly at the Merc. See you there!

We’ve been having a great time at REACH so far this year! We’ve been working through the New City Catechism book to learn the doctrines of our faith. Each lesson includes plenty of scripture reading. But with the lessons we also have play! We had a streamer race which ended with some mummification this week 😅
