CRAB PASTA SALAD!
12 oz small shell pasta
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh dill
1/3 cup dill pickles
12 oz imitation crab meat
1 cup celery
1/2 cup red onion
1/3 cup green onions
1 cup frozen peas

Italian Grilled Romaine Lettuce
Yes it’s a thing and it is a thing that is delicious. You need to grill some up, trust me.
You’ll need-
•romaine lettuce heads halved
•1/2-cup extra virgin olive oil
•2-garlic cloves minced fine
•2-tbs onion minced fine
•1/2-tsp salt
•fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano
•balsamic vinegar

1-heat the grill to hot
2-mix all that together in a bowl
3-brush it on both side of the 🥬
4-place the 🥬 on the grill cut side up then flip after 1 minute and grill the 🥬 open side down for 2 minutes
5-serve immediately with the grated Parm and a drizzle of olive oil

Hawaiian Carrot Pineapple Cake 🌴🍍🥕
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Cream cheese frosting
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Add the vegetable oil and eggs to the dry ingredients, and mix until well combined.
Stir in the grated carrots, crushed pineapple, vanilla extract, and chopped walnuts (if using).
Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean.
Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then turn them out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Once the cakes are cool, frost them with cream cheese frosting.
Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cooking Time: 35 minutes | Total Time: 55 minutes
