HPEC has been in Merced for over a decade. We are striving to enrich the lives of the youth in our town so that they can make good choices and have a better outcome in life. We utilize Principle-Based Lifestyle Training, an evidence-based learning curriculum developed by Gloria Morris, to ensure students are building on their basic skills.
