That’s nine ships for the U13Red 2026 season. This team was nearly unbeatable in skill, talent, and friendship. We will miss those who are moving up or moving on. This was one special season. Congratulations Coach Wirth and the U13Red crew! The Ultimate Paper City tournament did not disappoint. ⚾️ ❤️

The summer heat was no match for Coach Wirth’s U13Red team last weekend at Woodside’s Wild West tourney in WI Dells. These boys never gave up and brought home the championship! The win was sweet, but the team comrade was even sweeter all weekend long. Congrats on the win, boys! 🥇 ⚾️ ❤️ 🎤 ⬇️

Coach Taylor’s U9Red Team finished their season the same as it began, and at the same location — this time with another hard fought Championship win at the WSC Brew Town Summer tourney. Four Championships for this team for the season and a few second place finishes to be proud of as well. No luck 🍀 needed for these talented boys! 🏆 ⚾️❤️

Thank you to all of our parents, family and friends who helped make Mequon Heat's Highlander Battle a huge success!

Our hometown highlights include …

Coach Tomczuk’s U16 Heat team coming together for the battle, some of them for the last time in their baseball careers. A memorable ending for the boys to have fun and hang together doing what they love. ⚾️

Our hometown winners were Mequon Heat Baseball’s U13Red team, U10Red, U9Red AND our U8 team lead by head coaches Wirth, Gumm, Taylor, and Depies respectively.

U13Red competed in the U14 division and came out on top in the champ game with a 21-1 score. 15 hits, home-runs, and doubles gave the team a strong lead and the excitement to match. Plus they were the lead volunteer field crew at Rotary park for the weekend! 🏆

Our U10Reds champ game was a great match up, but the hometown team came out on top with some solid defense and pitching to boot for a 3-2 win. 🥇

U9Red finished the weekend scoring a total of 39 runs and a strong 2nd place finish. Those sweet smiles battled hard in this 1 day tournament. 🥈

U8 took home a shiny 3rd place medal after winning 20-8 in the consolation game. Still all smiles from these boys on a fun weekend of baseball! 🥉

Congratulations to the hometown winners!
