Mequon-Thiensville Teen Job Fair

We had 74 teens from throughout Ozaukee County - mostly sophmores, juniors or seniors. The employers were looking to hire about 21 people and estimated they found about 14 from the teens attending. Almost all of attendees felt this event will help them find a job.

We had a great turnout from fellow Rotarians with at least 13 members participating. The event was a success and worthy of consideration next year.

As of yesterday, we have 7 companies signed up including a car dealership, retailers, staffing company, heavy manufacturers, a promotional items distributor plus some volunteer opportunities. Plan for an hour to talk to all companies and there will be snacks and beverages. If you complete the Teen application (link below) and it will be much less than an hour. Hope everybody finds a job this summer...

The Teen Job Fair is open to all teenagers in the Mequon-Thiensville area. We are expecting at least 20 employers will be participating in this event and they will be looking for warehouse, fast food, office support and many other positions. Please spread the word and let's find all teenagers a job this summer!
