Jody brings more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership dedicated to children, families, and community impact. Her passion for mission-driven work, her commitment to collaboration, and her heart for creating healing spaces for children battling cancer make her an incredible addition to our Special Spaces family.

As we continue creating dream bedrooms across the country — nearly 200 each year — Jody will help lead our next chapter of growth, connection, and impact.

A Room Made for Liam 🏈🎮

Northwestern Mutual - Appleton showed up again to make it happen!

Liam’s new room brings together everything he loves, from Mario Kart and football to video games and a dedicated homework space. His sister also received a bedroom refresh, making the day even more special. ❤️

James and his brothers were in wonderful hands with this talented team. James wanted to keep a few of his favorite treasures, and his new dream bedroom came together with the perfect mix of familiar favorites and exciting new details. And with such a large, dedicated team, we were able to create bright new spaces for his brothers, too.

Together, we are changing children’s lives, one bedroom at a time. We are so grateful for Steinhafels and the way they continue to show up for Special Spaces families! 💙

Created with huge hearts, Brady’s new teen space has it all—clean lines, creative wall coverings, cozy bedding, cool LED lighting, and the perfect gaming setup. We love his smile!

And the fun didn’t stop there! Brady’s younger brother received a Star Wars-inspired room refresh of his own.
