Lake Catholic wrestling wrapped up a GREAT summer training program this week! We are on to the pre season!

- 38 practices
- 30 lifts
- week train to Spain

Along with many clinicians and camps!

It was great to welcome back John Slattery, Lake Catholic Class of 2001, and his family! John was a 2x OHSAA State Placer for the Cougars and helped build the tradition of Lake Catholic Wrestling.

John currently works for the U.S. Department of State and lives with his family in South Africa. It’s always special to have former Cougars come back and visit the wrestling room.
