In 1991, a new era of Lake Catholic Wrestling began with the construction of a dedicated wrestling room. Before this project, the team practiced behind the bleachers or in the school cafeteria. The Lake Catholic wrestling community rallied together, donating all the funds necessary to bring the project to life. After five months of construction, the doors opened just in time for the 1992–93 season.

Today, that same room continues to serve as the home of Lake Catholic Wrestling, standing as a lasting reminder of the dedication, generosity, and tradition that have shaped the program for generations
