🎉 Celebrating the Success of Apprenticeship Cohort 5! 🎉
The AWT Foundation is proud to recognize the graduates of our fifth manufacturing apprenticeship cohort. Through four years of dedicated on-the-job training and related classroom instruction, these individuals have completed a significant milestone and achieved Manufacturing Journeyman status. 🔧

To commemorate this achievement, each graduate was presented with a personalized jacket as a symbol of the knowledge, experience, and dedication earned throughout the program. 👏 Thank you to Emily DiIorio from Senator Jon Husted's office and Katie Burger from Congressman Dave Joyce's office for presenting proclamations recognizing our graduates' accomplishments.

🤖The AWT Think Manufacturing Van was out in Ashtabula for Career Day!
Program Coordinators brought a 3D printer, Bernard the Axolotl, and Moose the Cat to demonstrate additive manufacturing.
🐈Students at Ridgeview Elementary learned how manufacturing is part of their daily lives, watched the 3D printer in action, and met our 3D-printed ambassadors.
💡Young minds were introduced to the creativity, technology, and problem-solving behind modern manufacturing careers. Experiences like these help students see that manufacturing is innovative, hands-on, and full of exciting opportunities for the future.
Thank you to Ridgeview Elementary for welcoming us for a great day of learning and exploration!

⚾Lake County Captains' Skipper had fun at our AWT table at HOLA Ohio Cinco de Mayo event. He learned about precision and accuracy in manufacturing (and that sticky balls stick to his gloves!)
