The First Responder Wellness Program is offered to any first responder, retired or current, who works or lives in Lake County.

The Lake County ADAMHS Board provides these services at no cost:
- Up to 6 sessions with a licensed clinician
- Up to 2 sessions with a prescriber for psychiatric needs

Whether you act(ed) in the capacity as a full-time, part-time, volunteer, or auxiliary first responder, your service does not go unnoticed.

Transportation should never be a barrier to getting the care you need. That’s why we offer transportation support through Uber Health, so getting to your appointment is one less thing to worry about.

If you need transportation assistance, simply let a Crossroads Health staff member know 24-48 hours in advance (if possible). Our team will schedule an Uber Health ride for you, free of charge. Rides are reliable, safe, and private. No account or app needed.
