Make an impact in the lives of infants, toddlers, and families! Douglas County is seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist to serve as an early interventionist in our Birth to 3 Program.

💛 What You’ll Do:
• Provide early intervention services using the Primary Coach Approach
• Coach families and caregivers to support their child’s development
• Participate in developmental evaluations and IFSP planning
• Complete assessments, documentation, and Plan of Care reports
• Collaborate with team members and community partners
• Support families in using adaptive equipment and assistive technology

A Wisconsin-licensed SLP who is passionate about early childhood development, family-centered practices, and helping children thrive.
