This is the cat that I’ve been providing food and shelter for all winter. Don’t know if it’s a boy or girl, but I call ‘her’ Charlotte. I’m getting closer to trapping because she seems to come more at the same time and it’s before the raccoons are out. But she’s putting on so much weight! ❤️

Interesting to note that ferals generally have good hygiene. The cat we rescued (and has lived with us for 2 years now) had a beautiful coat while outside, but his temperament was not feral in the least.

Anyone have any ideas on trapping a stray cat? I’ve tried numerous times and unless I stand nearby 24 hours a day I’m only going to end up with raccoons. I finally gave up.

Finally got a very close up photo of this babies face. Worried about the nose situation. Been there for weeks. But ‘she’s’ eating regularly and sleeping in her new heated kittie house. Trapping is next. Just can seem to coordinate her schedule and HAWS schedule and don’t want to leave her caged for hours and hours.
