Thanks to all of the families that came out for our Young Eagles event! We all had a wonderful time sharing our passion for flying. It was a very windy day up high but all did well. It’s so much fun watching the excitement and smiling faces after. I’m not great at taking photos. If you have any feel free to share !

Congrats to Erik on this milestone towards your private pilot license. Thanks to Joe at Copper Country Flyers, Inc Flying Club for guiding him along. Erik is the recipient of the Ray Aviation Scholarship which provides him over $12,000 towards his license. If your youth is interested in aviation there are opportunities in this area. Feel free to reach out to our chapter and come join us in sharing and support aviation for all ages. It’s takes a lot of volunteers to put on events. We need help in all aspects to grow! Don’t need to be a pilot to be part of our chapter
