Stall information Menlo cattle sorting practice.

With the exception of the 9 front isleway stalls that are for cattle crew, The remaining 25 stalls are on a first come first serve basis. Old & New barn.

If you have reserved a stall with me you will have a stall when you get here. Where in the barn depends on when you arrive.

What does this mean? We do not put your name on a stall. If you've reserved one, there will be an open one for you upon arrival.

The barns are once again FULL!😁
Will open another wait list.

Important info!!

I have had people new to the game intrested in coming to our sorting CLINIC and sorting PRACTICE. They are NOT the same.

The Sorting CLINIC by Robert Bouffard, held friday July 24th, is where the rider will learn the game of cattle sorting. How to read the cow, how to sort the cow out of the herd, how to work with a team mate, working the gate, how to turn a cow back, all the lingo and much much more.
The CLINIC is for beginning sorters, experienced sorters and everyone in between

The Sorting PRACTICE, is held July 25th & 26th.
The PRACTICE is open to everyone.

FOF have partnered with the Willapa Valley core construction class under the direction Wyatt Kuiken/ teacher & FFA advisor.

The students are refurbishing 12 out of 18, old display cases in the foods & hobbie building. The display cases that can, will also receive wheels to make it easier for foods & hobbie superintendents to maneuver as they set up thier building for the fair.

The cases are in pretty bad shape with cracked glass taped to hold them together. A saftey hazard.
