NEVADA NATIONAL GUARD NEEDS OUR HELP — SPEAK UP FOR OUR SOLDIERS!
Nevada’s Guard members are being denied the same legal protections as other Americans. Right now, they can be punished behind closed doors—without the right to demand a fair trial. That’s wrong, and it’s time to fix it.
Senate Bill 95 (SB95) would restore the right to court-martial for Nevada National Guard soldiers and airmen—ensuring due process, transparency, and a fair opportunity to defend themselves.
The committee hearing is April 2nd, and we need as many voices as possible submitting letters of support!

Dear Senate Government Affairs Committee,
As a Nevada resident, I am writing in strong support of SB95. Members of the Nevada National Guard deserve the same due process rights as other Americans, including the right to request a court-martial instead of facing nonjudicial punishment.
Nevada Guardsmen defend our Constitutional rights at home and abroad—protecting both our nation and our state. Now it’s our turn to defend theirs.
Passing this bill would prove that Nevada backs its commitment to fairness, integrity, and transparency in governance—not just in words, but in action.
Please vote yes on SB95.
Sincerely,[Your Name][Your City], Nevada
