Why The Goetz Rd Sewer Pipe Installation Matters:
The Goetz Road Sewer Project is part of the foundation of the larger Quail Valley Sewer Improvement Project. This work is critical to bringing future sewer infrastructure into Quail Valley and is necessary before future phases can move forward.

The Goetz Road Sewer Project is anticipated to be completed in Summer 2027.

Quail Valley Sewer Improvement Project - Community Participation is Required to Move Forward:
We are collecting Commitment Letters from property owners in Subarea 4 to support the upcoming Fall 2026 grant application. These letters do not commit property owners to any cost or construction timeline. They simply help show funding agencies that there is community support for the project.

They will have copies of the Interest Commitment Letters that you can sign which will help them solicit Grant funding, .. which will help you get FREE sewer hookup when it is installed on your street.

EMWD is still collecting Commitment Letters from property owners in Quail Valley Subarea 4 to help support our Fall 2026 grant application for the Quail Valley Septic-to-Sewer Project.

These letters help document community support for the project and are an important part of the grant funding process.

If you are a property owner in Subarea 4 and have not signed your Commitment Letter yet, please take a few minutes to do so. If you have already signed, thank you! Please help us spread the word by reminding your friends and neighbors in Subarea 4.

This Saturday, we’ll have a table set up at the Quail Valley Market for residents who would like to submit their letter or ask questions.

Have you never been to a Quail Valley public meeting?, .. or not been in a long time? Please consider coming this month! WHY? Because this month we have two great/fun/important presentations for you! .. or, .. at least one is "great/fun", .. and the other one is "important" ; )

Attached is the Agenda for the upcoming quarterly Quail Valley Community Group™ public meeting, .. THIS COMING TUESDAY, June 9th, 7pm, at the Quail Valley Moose Lodge {28428 Goetz Rd}.

Guest Speakers — Our main guest speakers for this meeting will be past mayor, Bill Zimmerman, and his wife, Julie, who are both Board Members and Docents of the Menifee Valley Historical Association/Museum. They'll be giving an interesting Menifee history presentation, including a Quail Valley history trivia quiz to give attendees a chance to win some great prizes.

Guest Speakers — Eastern Municipal Water District (i.e., EMWD) Public Affairs officers, Nico Gonzalez & Consuelo Arias — who will give an update regarding the Quail Valley Sewering Project. Come and get your questions answered. And for anyone who lives in Subarea 4 who hasn't yet signed your "commitment letter of interest" to be included for the time-limited FREE hookup offer when the sewer system is installed on your street, the EMWD form letters will be available at the meeting for you to sign up. Don't miss your opportunity!!

Please post this invitation on any other Quail Valley social media accounts that you belong to, and encourage them to be at this meeting..

- Menifee Code Enforcement ( Informing us [ non-specifically ] of significant cases accomplished and cases in progress ), ..

Attending the public meetings is a great way to get informed and stay informed about what's going on in Quail Valley / Menifee and are typically only about an hour long. The public is always welcome and encouraged to attend, especially all Quail Valley residents; we'd be happy to have your presence and support.

As you know, the Goetz Rd. sewer construction project began this week.

EMWD just sent out an informational email with some traffic impact details and some safety reminders for drivers to pay attention to in order to keep everyone safe, so I'm passing that information on to you.

.. Also, there's contact information if you have any questions or problems to report.

Yes, it's going to be an annoyance for awhile, but just factor in some extra time to get to your destinations, and we'll get through this in due time.

I don't complain about much, but probably my most frequent complaint is that time is passing way too quickly, .. so now I feel weird thinking, "I hope the coming year goes by mega-fast!". Oh well, just try to consider this as part of our lives for awhile and, eventually, it'll be behind us. 🙂

Menifee Police Community meeting this Friday May 15, 6:00-7:30pm at Sandals Church in Sun City at 27755 Bradley Rd.
Police Department leadership will be there to answer your questions and to listen to your input to help shape future priorities. See attached flyer for more details.

I don't usually post things like this on our page, but this concept not only rings of practicality { .. everyone needs to become more food independent; and I'm not sure why all eight planter pots would need to be of the same fruit or vegetable .. } and of community {.. looks like plenty to share with friends and neighbors .. }.

Hi, Quail Valley Residents,

Our "Menifee District 2" { .. that includes Quail Valley .. } councilman, Ben Diederich, is having a Town Hall meeting that's going to be held at Kathryn Newport Middle School THIS COMING Tuesday, April 28th! { 6 PM to 7 PM }

Councilman Ben will give news and updates about the City of Menifee overall, .. about District 2 specifically, .. and wants to know about and address any of your concerns regarding your community.

City Manager, Armando Villa, will be there too, so this will be a great team to listen to and converse with.

If you've never met Councilman Diederich, this will be a great time to do so. If you have questions or concerns about your community, this will be a great time & place to address them.

Please take a few moments to consider those questions or concerns that have been bugging you, .. or just come to hear what's going on related to your city and community.

Please see the attached flyer for more details. I've also attached a Menifee District map, so you can see the District 2 area that Ben is responsible for. And I've also attached an easy-to-read map to get to Kathryn Middle School if you'd like to attend, in person.

THIS COMING SATURDAY, April 25th, is the FREE annual Community Cleanup / "Bulky Item Drop-off" event at Kabian Park.
8am to Noon, ..or until the bins are full, . so I suggest you get there earlier than later.

If you've got large items that you've been wanting to get rid of but that are too big for the trash, .. or if you've been wanting to clean up areas in your neighborhood but don't want to pay to take the large load to the dump, .. you can bring it all to Kabian Park and get it hauled away for free!

PLEASE refer to the attached flyer to see what items
will NOT be accepted at the event.

You'll need to bring proof of Menifee residency
( e.g., driver's license, utility bill, etc. ).

And note: The upper, northern entrance to Kabian Park ( using Kabian Park Dr. ) will be closed off in order to prevent 2-way traffic congestion at the park during the event. You will need to go into the neighborhood starting at the 4-way stop at The Cave and the Quail Valley Market stores.

( See the attached route maps for details. )

I'm presenting the route map as two separate maps to make it easier to see the street names.

Also, DID YOU KNOW that -- up to four (4) times a year -- you can schedule to have Waste Management come directly to your home to pick up bulky-items for FREE!! Up to six (6) items per visit. Simply call Waste Management at (800) 423-9986 for details and to schedule a pick-up!
