SCCA provides numerous activities including an indoor tournament shuffle board court, tournament horseshoe pits, a fitness center, two pools, spa, tournament lawn bowling and a variety of clubs and social activities, of all which enrich Sun City's active

55+ adult lifestyle. In addition to a seven person Board of Directors, the community is governed by a variety of active committees. The Board and the Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers.

As of 01/11/2020 less than 800 property owners ballots had been received for the Annual SCCA Director elections. Find your ballots punch out the holes for the candidates of your choice, place them in the postage paid envelope and sign the envelope in the appropriate place and mail them early enough to be received by the inspector of elections prior to Feb. 4th 2020. 800 ballots out of 4762 is not a very good turn out we can do better.

The ballots for the annual SCCA Director election should be arriving this week. There four positions open this year be sure to return your ballot in the postage paid envelope.

Annual assessments ($382.00) have been mailed and are due 02/01/2020. They are subject to late fees and interest after 2/15/2020.If you need a payment plan for the assessments contact the SCCA office.

There are some Ad Hoc rules & regs committee members and at least one SCCA Board member that question the SCCA's authority to enforce the rules for private property in the core.
Is this what the general membership wants no enforcement of the rules?

The SCCA terminated First Service Residential, after less than a year. A new company has been hired, Associa from Dallas Texas, and there is no community website at this time.
