Conway Morning Optimist Club is ever so grateful to have an opportunity to host an Appreciation Luncheon in support of Teachers and Staff at Bob and Betty Courtway Middle on their first day of being back to School! 🏫 We CMOC values its long standing and ever growing relationships with BCMS and other local schools, such as Compass Academy, Conway Christian School, Simon Middle School, Conway High School, and Carl Stuart, etc.
We're excited about the amazing impact of these collaborative relations and what they produce in terms of educational growth, community service and Optimism! Hats off to Chick-fil-A and Harp's Food Store on German Lane for their assistance and gracious support of this Luncheon! Much success for the 2026-2027 School Year!

What a weekend of engagement, analysis, reflection, motivation and planning on behalf of Youth, Community and fellow Optimists! 😉
CMOC used this weekend Retreat time to examine forward movement in innovation, membership growth, service, collaborative projects, and impact ahead of our new Optimist Year beginning October 1st and our 60th Club Anniversary Brunch on August 22nd. Conway Morning Optimist Club gives a strong and loud shout out to our TennArk District Governor Elect Michelle Malone for bringing her knowledge, experience and support to our Annual Club Planning Conference!!

We must 👏 👏 that Conway Morning Optimist Club Annual Planning Conference 2026 was a
HUGE success! Reviewing our accomplishments, setting goals for service and impact, aligning Club operations, and refreshing us for future CMOC endeavors was a part of this weekend retreat! We were so elated to have our TennArk District Governor Elect Michelle Malone join us for this focused and fun gathering!
The hospitality, the views, sunset and sunrise watches, the sounds of the water & the feel of the water on our legs, the night time egg yolk facials, the guest Mother Sandra Bell that dropped in with snacks and words of encouragement The sighs, the facial expressions when contemplating decisions, patio line dancing, watching the boats on the waterways, the food and beverage, the gifts, the love, the passion and comraderie and more made this oh so special! Hope to see you next year Lakehouse! And thanks to our marvelous hostess, Optimist Adkisson for such generous and splendid accommodations and thoughtful touches! The experience was amazingly perfect ♥️ ‼️ ‼️ ‼️

Conway Morning Optimists were elated to welcome Dr. Jackie Lamar, retired music Professor at UCA as Guest Speaker this past Tuesday morning! After devoting 5 years of immense service on the Oak Grove Cemetery Board, Dr. Lamar became Coordinator for Friends of Oak Grove Cemetery. In that service capacity, she organizes "Gone But Not Forgotten events and assists with Cemetery fundraising initiatives. Her program was proudly interesting and informative.
