After a short break, I am back to it this week!
Our joint fundraiser raised rounding up $190.

We sold 3 event tickets and I made 3 of my stretch goals by selling a mini print, and selling both 5 for $20 and all $1 ticket options. All but one of our silent auctions received bids and every basket had at least one ticket. The final results for disbursement, except the Shawn grant, will be rolled to our Sept 12th Joint fundraiser since they are $3 and under.

With the tickets entered for the Center basket, we will be working with the Center to donate $40. This is really good considering my Proof guestbook shows 7 people there total including Dylan who graciously stayed all day and well into the night at the center for me so I could set up and tear down.

We KNOW our September one will be much more successful and YOU can be a part! We are in search of donations, community members who would like to set up a table, and sponsors for our 2nd of four joint fundraiser book and art shows. ๐ŸŽจ

I am so grateful to have such an amazing memory for my first ever art show. Everyone had a lot of fun and we even made a new friend, shoutout to Tori! โ™ฅ๏ธ

We still have many signed and numbered 1/1 prints and mini prints available, as well as, 3 books on hand (seen in 1st photo.) Please message or comment if interested.

Last minute things and then its go time. Everything is online, raffle tickets, silent auction listings for bidding, RSVP tickets, DOAD book listings. If you want to be a part, it is all there! We would love to help everyone, regardless of location, to enjoy the show!

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Tomorrow is the last day to ๐Ÿ›’ I (Jetty) hope this has reached anyone who is interested.
I will give myself one week off to not do this, and then it is straight on to the next which I have been working on along with this one.

The next one is going to highlight the community, so if you are a part of this community and want to be in the show in September, just let me know!

We will be taking works all the way up to the date and then we will also be showcasing the works as part of the art show with community member tables and baskets.

This is a very big endeavor as it is the 15th anniversary book AND the show falls during our benefit month, which is where we normally have multiple baskets online. I really want to highlight all the people who have been a part of those years and sent so many amazing pieces.

Basically, if you have ever sent anything to help this community grow you will be in this book and if you want to also be a part of the art show which will include our PRIDE games and so many halloween and fall themed items, post a comment or send a message. :-)

Join us for raffles, silent auctions and art!
Our Joint fundraiser is at the end of this month! May 30th at 4 PM. This is the first art book show (or art show in general) for our president Jetty and we are pairing up with the HumanKind Initiative to host a super fun art show event at the William Heisler Center for Kindness in Ottawa, IL. Come on out and support our mission and get a free goodie bag with tickets! Tickets are $10 and come with 6 free raffle tickets. The Center is a really amazing location at 1660 N. 2501st Rd. Ottawa, IL 61350, right across the road from Pine Hills Golf Club on the edge of the city. Support two good causes, pick up some cool art, and check out the fantastic space!

We were finally able to get into our dashboard and put in for a formal name change, we have only been using Ending Cancer in Our Generation only for well over 10 years. Glad to have some of you here that whole time, we are forever grateful for our community.

So many goodies included, what else would interest YOU? We are going to be making so many community things this year: Free library/art stand, Cards4Cancer mailbox, Mini pantry, and so much more! I really do not want to get rid of my biggest charity goal but it is not feasible if I cannot get funding for it. Thank you for your interest!
