If you haven’t already bought your tickets for the Harlem Wizards, tickets will be available at the door but are limited, so get there early! Doors open at 5:30, and tickets are cash or check only. Looking for a great community event for all ages? The Mendon Upton Education Foundation (MUEF), along with the Clough, Memorial and Miscoe Hill Parent Teacher Organizations are very excited to be bringing the world famous Harlem Wizards entertainment basketball team to Mendon-Upton! The Wizards will be playing against our very own MURSD All Star Team made up of our Superintendent, all 3 school principals, as well as your favorite teachers and staff from across the district!

This is always a sell-out crowd, and if you don't get your tickets ahead of time you risk getting turned away at the door!

When: Friday, January 31st at 6:30 pm at Nipmuc Regional High School.

Thank you to the Upton PD, MURSD faculty and staff, and all those who participated, donated or volunteered for making the Spooky Run a huge success! It's great to see the community come together to support education- with over 225 runners, this was our biggest race yet! Your generous support allows MUEF to do important work supporting exciting initiatives in the district.

Once again the costumes were great- T-Rex earned the judge's award and impressed everyone with her speed and determination. Congratulations to all the winners and participants.

Officers assisted with traffic control and the protection of approximately 200 participants this morning during the annual Mendon Upton Education Foundation’s “Spooky Run 5K”. Some great costumes were seen running by our traffic posts!

Thank you, Charles River Bank, for your generous donation and continued support!

Recently Charles River Bank donated $1,000 to the Mendon Upton Education Foundation (MUEF) for the 2018-2019 school year. The MUEF, founded in 2005, is an integral part of the educational services in both Mendon and Upton. Charles River Bank President & CEO Jack Hamilton, a Mendon resident, served on the original MUEF Board of Trustees. The main goal of the MUEF is to seek out donations from local businesses, citizens and organizations to help fund programming made available to the local school system. To date, the MUEF has given over $239,700 in grants to Mendon and Upton schools for projects that would not be covered through the regional school district’s regular operating budget.
