Exciting announcement about living legally in Mendocino County, California! 🥳

We’re thrilled to share that Mendocino County has officially adopted a new inland zoning law that allows Movable Tiny Homes to be utilized as Primary and Accessory dwelling units! This progressive step opens up new possibilities for sustainable living and community growth in our beautiful region.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to THIA President Dan Fitzpatrick for his original language and meetings he held to support this initiative. And to Lindsay Wood, the Tinyhomelady, for their invaluable local support for personally being at each of the meetings and for supporting this initiative. Thank you Dan for crafting the original language back when you got the City of Fresno to say yes to Movable Tiny Homes and all the jurisdictions and states who that have leveraged this language since to grow our industry.
