FAQs
-Is my phone call confidential?
Yes. When we answer your call, you can give as much or as little information as you feel comfortable talking about. We may ask for more details on your situation in order to assess your needs and refer you to the appropriate community service. If we agree to do a follow-up phone call with you, we may ask for your first name and phone number, but any information you give is voluntary.
-Is my phone call free?
Yes! If you call 2-1-1 or 1-800-924-5514, your call will be free.
-What problems can you help me with?
