As our Executive Director, Lisa carries more than most of us ever see, guiding MCI with steady vision, deep dedication and a heart for both our mission and our people. She leads with compassion, meets challenges with grace and somehow still finds ways to make work feel joyful.

Whether she’s supporting staff through big moments, championing our community or surprising us with impromptu morning concerts that turn an ordinary day into something unforgettable, Lisa brings energy and humanity into everything she does.

Lisa, thank you for the countless ways you show up for MCI and for all of us. Your leadership makes a difference every single day, and we’re so grateful to celebrate you today!

We had such a wonderful time celebrating Mother’s Day at the office with families from across the community! 💐 From games and laughter to sharing a meal together, it was truly special to spend the day honoring all the different kinds of moms and caregivers who show up with love every day.

We also know this holiday can bring up a mix of emotions. For some, it’s joyful; for others, it can be difficult. However you experience this day, we hope you were able to spend a moment with someone who feels like “mom” to you—whether that’s a parent, caregiver, mentor, friend, or chosen family member.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so memorable. 💛

Child Abuse Prevention Program, the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation's Basic Needs Giving Partnership, Oshkosh YMCA, and the Fox Valley Technical College Foundation.
