❤️ Thank You from Culture in the Valley! ❤️

Community is Prevention. And Culture in the Valley is what that looks like in action.

This event came together because we believe prevention happens when community is connected, celebrated, supported, and given space to experience joy together. It happens when the community leads—and this event was truly led by community, for community.

A huge thank you to Mental Health America of Wisconsin for supporting this vision and recognizing the importance of culturally rooted, community-led prevention. ❤️

And to every sponsor, vendor, artist, performer, partner, volunteer, and community member who showed up—THANK YOU. You brought the music, laughter, art, culture, connection, and energy that made Culture in the Valley what it was.

These pictures tell the story better than we ever could. 📸❤️

People of Progression is hosting its first MENtality Forum for MENtorship Rising bringing men and young men together.

We’re honored to welcome Mushe Subulwa, Executive Director of SEPO, as our keynote speaker—bringing his energy, voice, leadership, and experience into this space.

To the men in our community: We need you in the room. We know spaces intentionally created for men to connect, build brotherhood, share wisdom, network, and simply be in community with one another don’t happen often enough. This is that opportunity. Whether you come to mentor, to connect, to listen, to share, or simply to be present. Come build relationships with other men and help create the kind of community we want the next generation of young men to grow up surrounded by.

Guardians & caregivers: If you have a young man who could benefit from being surrounded by positive representation and networking, this is the space for him. We want a room where men and young men can see one another leading, succeeding, mentoring, listening, learning, and showing up for each other—regardless of age or upbringing.

📅 Saturday, November 7 | 4:30–6:30 PM
📍 Wilder's Bistro | Menasha (Free meal provided)
🖤 RSVP required: https://gforms.app/r/Qu9FYH7
**Youth 13 and under must attend with a parent, guardian, or trusted adult.

Share this with a parent, colleague, mentor, community leader, or young man who needs to be part of this forum and the future of our community.

COMMUNITY SHOWS UP FOR COMMUNITY. ❤️

We’re excited to share that People of Progression has officially been added as a beneficiary of the Rally for the Valley fundraising efforts today!

We are incredibly grateful to our partners at Pillars, Inc., LEAVEN Fox Cities, and Fox Cities Habitat for Humanity for their partnership and continued work alongside our community as families recover from the tornado.

Now we need YOU to show up! 🙌🏾 Rally for the Valley will feature some incredible live and silent auction items and experiences, with auction proceeds supporting People of Progression and the continued work happening right here in our community.

Come out, bid, have a good time, and help us continue walking alongside tornado-impacted individuals and families.

Thank you Rally for the Valley for bringing our community together.

Every bid makes a difference. Every partner matters. Community is prevention. ❤️🖤💛
