Congratulations to our Fall Health Collective leaders who graduated this morning from Sincere Healthcare! 🎉 This program was made possible in partnership with the Memphis Medical District Collaborative.

Special congratulations to Julianna, our valedictorian, who delivered a beautiful speech—and was also hired at Baptist this week!

A huge shoutout to Kristen for her incredible coaching and leadership with this cohort. We’re proud to share that this cohort achieved a 96% graduation rate, and leaders are now completing interviews with local hospitals.

We are so proud of this group and excited to see what’s next for them.
