Hello! Thank you for your interest in our organization. The Frayser CDC is actively involved in bringing improved housing and stimulated economic growth the the Frayser neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee. We go about this work in 3 main ways, each strategically targeting a specific need in the community.

AFFORDABLE HOME SALES- The FCDC provides access to affordable homes for low-to-moderate home buyers. Our agency strategically purchases blighted houses and fully renovates them for resale. Our objective is to stabilize household budgets through affordable housing, while building wealth for surrounding homeowners through blight removal and improved home values. AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING- We are committed to providing safe, affordable and beautiful homes to working families and individuals. The FCDC has done extensive research and numerous projects focusing on the stabilization of the Frayser neighborhood and community, while preparing renters to become home buyers. PRE|POST|PREVENT- The FCDC is a HUD-certified housing counseling agency. Through our counseling programs, we give you the information you need to become and STAY a successful home owner.
