Too many of our boys are walking around with unhealed trauma they didn’t ask for.
They’re carrying pain that was passed down, experiences they never deserved, and silence that keeps them from speaking out.

At I Am He, we believe every young man deserves more safe spaces to unpack their feelings, mentors to help them grow, and a community that reminds them they are not what they’ve been through.

Healing starts with us. It starts when we show up, listen, and pour into their futures. 💙

Today our I Am He boys had an amazing time with Bevo Fitness! The energy, teamwork, and motivation were all on point. It’s powerful to see our young men building strength not just in body, but in confidence and discipline too.
