We are heading back over to the Medical District! The Developers of CTLP LLC., Lee Patton & Cameron Taylor have led an exciting $13,000,000 commercial development project!

This 4-story multifamily building will feature a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Also be sure to check out the commercial space that will be located on the ground floor. This project removes a patch of blight in our City!

We had the chance to take an inside look at the current progress of 757 Court Ave; a multifamily housing and commercial development project in the Medical District. Thank you Daniel Syzmanek, Jonathan Aur, Rob Mayer & Scott Tashie for allowing us to ask questions and learn more about the development process!
