We have a robust weekend planned but our first stop will HAVE TO BE THE ANNUAL NEIGHBORHOOD-WIDE YARD SALE in the East Buntyn Historic Neighborhood, right behind the Highland Strip. This coming Saturday, June 6 (that's TOMORROW!) and it STARTS AT 8AM. We put that last thing in all-caps and y'all know why! Don't be THAT PERSON with your nose against somebody's kitchen window at 7 asking for a preview! Hope to see y'all there!

We are excited to share info on a special summer camp for our kids this year sponsored by the United Methodist Neighborhood Center, to be held at St. Luke's UMC, Memphis called "A Walk Into Nonviolence" for ages 5-12. They've developed an amazing way to talk about peacemaking and conflict resolution using the legacy and examples of James and Dorothy Lawson.

Yesterday, we shared the good news about emergency mental health services for youth, and this morning we're confirming that our local government is acknowledging these dystopic times by hosting a Mental Health Town Hall.
Join us-- joining them a week from today (May 27 1-4:30PM at Shelby Farms FedEx Event Center), and like everything else we face, let's face this together.

Neighbors, if you're free this coming Wednesday, May 13 at 1:30PM, please join us at the University of Memphis Pedestrian Bridge as we congratulate 85 University High School graduates with a celebratory crossing, just like we welcome incoming freshman in the fall and celebrate college graduates in springtime. Our newest university tradition, now for our first graduating class of highschoolers! We're lining up about 1:15, hope to see everyone there!!!
