I am Super Proud, Excited, and sad all at the same time about this Ambassador Shout Out to one of our girls that has rocked and rolled with Troop 13137 alllll the way through the Girl Scout Ladder. Anylah Renee came to us as a Sweet Shy Daisie that wouldn't talk but always had a Great Big Girl Scout Smile...and now the time has come for her to bid us farewell as she was a proud 2026 Graduate from Southaven High School on yesterday. Anylah has truly blossomed and has grown, she is now still repping her beautiful big Girl Scout smile, but she has also made her way to the big stage in theater, her voice in choir, and her place on the field with her High School Band. She will carry her lessons learned from Girl Scout with her always. Check out allllll of her cords!!!πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ€πŸ½πŸ’š I am also proud to say she has already begun to make her mark at Northwest as she has already tried out for and made it as a Freshman Band Member and a member of the College Choir!!! I can't say all of this without giving honor to her Mother Dominique S. Roddy for having done a great job to ensure she was successful. Then in loving memory of her grandmother Monique Nicole Massey Roddy my sister-in-Christ and my friend who is the reason Anylah came to Troop 13137, I know she is beaming with pride from heaven. Congratulations Anylah, continue to soar and remember it is GS4L FOREVER and ALWAYS!!!πŸ’šπŸŽ“πŸ’šπŸŽ‰πŸ’š

During this special season of celebrating the accomplishments of graduations I would like to honor two former members of Troop 13137. During their tenure they were a faithful and dedicated part of our Troop family and Sisterhood. I am so proud to have watched them grow and achieve much. I pray their futures are blessed beyond measure and Jeremiah 29:11 will be their constant reminder of the Promise of God on their lives. I also want to give praise and honor to their parents/grandparents for having done a job exceedingly well. Please join me in Congratulating Keira Isom and Janiyah Wright proud outstanding graduates in the Class of 2026. Remember it is always GS4L- once a Girl Scout / Always a Girl Scout!!! Congratulations πŸ’šπŸŽ“πŸ‘πŸ½πŸŽŠ

This past Saturday Troop 13137 was taking on another great opportunity given by our Council Girl Scouts Heart of the South

In collaboration with Baptist Memorial Health Care, "More Than Scrubs" 🩺 , provided an opportunity for our Girls to dig deeper into careers on both the clinical and nonclinical sides of patient care. Not only did they participate in activity sessions led by physicians, nurses, and emergency medical professionals, they learned about mental wellness, self-care, completed a service project, and learned about career diversity and advancement from Baptist's Community Outreach, Patient Development, and Marketing and Communications team.

As a Baptist employee and Tropp Leader this event was very special for me and empowering for the girls. I am grateful to help them see there is no limit to what they can be. πŸ’šπŸ’™

This is a late pist but I had to get it in. A very special thank you to Senator London Lamar and her entire team for an outstanding opportunity for some of the girls of Troop 13137. The junior Tea Party that was geld last Saturday 4/25/26 was absolutely amazing. The message from.Senator Lamar and the Keynote Speaker Judge Eboni Williams were stellar , encouraging and impactful. And I can't say enough about how Pretty the girls were. The girls and their parents 🀏🏽🀏🏽🀏🏽 their understanding of the attire. I also had the bonus blessing of seeing some of my former Girl Scouts which made the event more special. Girl Scouts Heart of the South

Today is National Girl Scout Leader Appreciation Day πŸ’šπŸ€πŸ’™ I want to publicly acknowledge my team of Co-Leaders for Troop 13137. These ladies Drea Daniels Kristy Danyel James Chantay Harris are by far THE BEST. For me it is an all out war over them. These ladies are in the trenches with me pouring into our girls to help build, mold, and shape them into girls of today that will be leaders of tomorrow. Together we build girls of Courage, Confidence, and Character. We expose our girls to endless opportunities that has proven to be life challenging. I want to thank each of you for reaching beyond the break and holding on to truth, integrity, dedication, and commitment. More importantly for your willingness to trust my visions and go along with my e######traordinary desires for our girls. I love ya'll!!! GS4L πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š
