Employees enjoyed a chance to relax and recharge today during SCO’s chair massage event, part of the College’s ongoing commitment to employee wellness.

Throughout the day, faculty and staff took a few minutes away from their desks to enjoy 10-minute chair massages designed to help reduce tension, promote relaxation, and support overall well-being.

Thank you to Human Resources for coordinating this wellness opportunity!
