Shelby County 4-H Shelby County 4-H, through UT/TSU Extension, empowers youth in Memphis and beyond with hands-on learning in leadership, STEM, agriculture, and healthy living.

We’re growing true leaders and making a difference in West Tennessee! Shelby County 4-H is available to all youth between the 4th-12th grades.
