When you vote, I recommend that you ask for a paper ballot. If you use the machine, the scanner will read the barcode, not your actual candidate preferences. The barcode can be hacked, or go glitchy. And you'll never know.

hand marked paper ballots are used in a majority of states, accounting for over 2/3 of US voters. It's a proven technology. If you have ever taken an SAT or ACT, you know how to use it.

Good article in The Daily Memphian
Fighting with DOJ for the right to illegally discriminate is not a good use of our time, esp when the office hadn't used the charge in over 6 yrs, and there were other statutes available to address truly dangerous behavior.

Opinion: Politicians must become knowledgeable about the medical and scientific advancements regarding the transmission and treatment of HIV, especially when they are advocating for the use of criminal laws.
