Our next distribution will be Saturday, September 19th from 9:00am-10:00am.

Families will receive a month’s supply of diapers, wipes, formula, and period pack per child. *WHILE SUPPLIES LAST*

Today is the day, , a national Day of Giving dedicated to supporting Black-led and Black-benefiting organizations and celebrating the power of philanthropy in the Black community.

🖤Supporting Black-led organizations means investing in leaders who deeply understand the communities they serve and develop solutions shaped by firsthand experiences and community needs.

💰Today, we’re asking for your support to help fill our shelves for local families in need. Funds raised will go directly toward purchasing infant formula. We have struggled to keep our shelves stocked because the demand consistently exceeds what we are able to provide.

🍼Infant formula is not traditionally available through food banks. Additionally, not all formula is covered by insurance, and not every family has insurance. For many parents and caregivers, access to formula can be a matter of basic health and necessity.

Your donation can help ensure that babies receive the nutrition they need. Please help us reach our goal and fill the shelves on 8/28.

Book access is one of the critical factors shaping literacy outcomes, which is why Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library has always been so meaningful to us here at Literacy Mid-South. Dolly didn’t simply put a book into a child’s hands. She made sure books kept coming, helping children build home libraries of their own and opening the door to reading, imagination, and possibility.

To date, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library has distributed over 304 million free books worldwide since it started in 1995 and thousands of children have her books in their homes. It is because of her that many children encountered a book for the first time.

We will continue to honor her legacy by increasing access to high quality books and encouraging the dreams and imaginations of the young people we serve. 🦋📚
