Yes, I Can! Toastmasters conducted a Speechcrafters program for 6 weeks. Graduation was July 10th for all 4 Speechcrafters - Dan Moran, Richard Young, Kyra Richardson, and Paul Dufour! It has been inspiring to watch each member grow in confidence, communication, and presentation skills throughout the course.

While this marks the completion of the program, it is only the beginning of their journey. Great communicators and leaders continue learning and practicing throughout their lives.

I appreciate the officers from Yes, I Can! Toastmasters to take on various roles within the weekly meetings. We also had help from another club (Debbie Beck) to provide Table Topics and Timer roles.

A special thanks to DTM Shirley Kyles for delivering an inspiring presentation on leadership. She shared how Toastmasters can help individuals become more effective communicators and leaders - not only in the workplace but also in their personal lives.

Congratulations to our Speechcrafters and we hope that join Toastmasters!

What a wonderful meeting we had tonight at Yes I Can Toastmasters!

A special congratulations to our newest—and one of our youngest—Toastmaster, Stephanie, who did an outstanding job leading several rounds of Table Topics. She demonstrated confidence, quick thinking, and poise, and it was exciting to watch her growth.

Stephanie is a great example of why we encourage high school and college students to consider joining Toastmasters. The skills you gain extend far beyond public speaking—they help you:

Build confidence
Strengthen communication skills
Deliver more effective presentations
Develop leadership abilities
Think on your feet

These are lifelong skills that can make a difference in school, your career, and everyday life.
