Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. VA Medical Center celebrated and honored Col. Nancy Harper, who is a retired Army Veteran. Col. Harper was honored with a Bench Ceremony. The ceremony was facilitated by the Executive Director of VA Medical Center, Mr. Joseph P. Vaughn. See attached photos and program.
