Good morning Memphis Assembly members,
I pray all is well. Please see the message from our LLR Netherland. See you at the meeting later today.
We hope that this message finds you and your families in good health and spirits. Our monthly meeting is scheduled for Saturday, July 20th at 11 a.m., and we eagerly anticipate your presence.
Please take note of the following important information:
1. R.T. Butler Council Assemblies 60th Celebration will take place on August 10th in Nashville, TN. The venue is yet to be announced, and this year's theme is "The Past, Present, and Future of our Assemblies." The 2025 Queen will be announced during this celebration.
2. If you are participating in the sacrificial giving project, kindly ensure that your funds are submitted by the 10th of August.
3. LL Woodall is running for Queen and is in need of your support.
4. If you were unable to attend the Father’s Day Brunch and wish to purchase a ticket or make a donation, you can do so this Saturday.
5. Souvenir Journal ads for the USC are available for purchase. All Assemblies, LLRs, Past State Officers, and PLLRs are encouraged to buy an ad. We will have a photographer on site to take pictures for the ad on Saturday the 20th. Please contact LL Bell or LLR Netherland if you need an ad created.
6. Further details regarding USC registration will be provided during the meeting. We would like to get a headcount from the Loyal Ladies who are planning to attend the event.
7. As the USC is in the Valley of Memphis, the Deputy and SG are requesting assistance from Memphis Assembly during the conference. If you plan on attending the USC and can offer your support, please let us know.
8. Start brainstorming about items that we can donate for the USC registration bags from the Valley of Memphis.
9. For the USC, each Assembly is asked to present a silent auction basket valued at $150. This is a project that we can undertake together as an Assembly. We are asking each Loyal Lady to donate an item for the basket.
Additional information will be shared during the meeting on Saturday. We hope to see you there, if your schedule permits.
