Last week, we were grateful to welcome the team and one of our board members, Valerie Patterson, to Dorothy Day House as they volunteered their time in honor of Fred Smith’s birthday—continuing his legacy of giving back to the Memphis community. ❤️

The FedEx team didn’t just lend a hand; they also brought welcome bags filled with toiletries, loofahs, and bathrobes for the families we serve. These thoughtful gifts help families feel welcomed and cared for as they begin their time at Dorothy Day House.
