ULI Memphis Young Leaders Host DeSoto Lofts Tour

TUE, October 20 | 4:00 pm | 154 E G.E. Patterson Ave

Join ULI Memphis Young Leaders Group (YLG) for a tour of the DeSoto Lofts, an adaptive reuse project led by UrbanARCH Associates, PC.

Originally constructed in 1913 as the DeSoto Hotel, it later served as the Prince Hall Masonic Lodge. The property was then later bought by AOD Properties for redevelopment and now houses UrbanARCH on the ground floor, along with 10 apartment units on the two upper floors.

Brian Bullard, as part of both UrbanARCH and AOD Properties, will also be on hand for the tour to lead discussion around the redevelopment process for the project - including the use of historic development tax credits.

This event is FREE to all ULI members with the following fee(s) for nonmembers: $20 private | $15 public/nonprofit | $10 student/under35

ULI Memphis Young Leaders Host Belle | Mont Tour

Join ULI Memphis Young Leaders Group for a behind-the-scenes tour of Belle | Mont, an infill residential development KPS Development Partners - currently under construction. This exclusive opportunity will give participants a firsthand look at the development process as the project enters its final stage of phase 1 construction.

Located in the Crosstown Neighborhood, Belle | Mont is designed as a “missing middle” housing community that integrates duplexes, townhomes, and small multifamily buildings into the surrounding neighborhood fabric. The project illustrates how thoughtful infill development can help deliver new housing while reinforcing the existing urban context.

Following the tour, attendees are invited to stay for informal networking with fellow Young Leaders and project team members.
