Juneteenth is more than a celebration of freedom—it is a time to honor the strength, resilience, and sacrifices of those who came before us.

At Reaching Back Inc., we proudly recognize our seniors who preserved our history, strengthened our communities, and paved the way for future generations.

As we commemorate June 19, 1865, we reflect on a legacy of perseverance, courage, and hope. Their stories remind us that freedom is not only a part of our history—it is a responsibility we carry forward.

Today, we celebrate our elders, honor their wisdom, and thank them for the foundation they built for us all.

Happy Juneteenth.

Remember Our Past. Celebrate Our Present. Inspire Our Future.

Every memory matters.

This June, we recognize Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month and stand with the millions of individuals, caregivers, and families impacted by dementia.

Awareness leads to understanding. Understanding leads to compassion. Compassion leads to action.

Join Reaching Back Inc. as we help educate, support, and advocate for healthier aging and stronger communities.

Together, we can make a difference—one conversation, one family, and one life at a time.

Memorial Day is more than a holiday weekend. It is a sacred day of remembrance rooted in honor, sacrifice, and gratitude. 🇺🇸

Many historians trace the origins of Memorial Day to formerly enslaved African Americans in Charleston, South Carolina, who gathered after the Civil War to properly bury and honor Union soldiers who fought for freedom and justice. Their act of love, dignity, and remembrance helped shape what we now recognize as Memorial Day.

Today, we continue that tradition by honoring the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to this country. We remember their courage, their sacrifice, and the families who carry their legacy forward every day.

From all of us at Reaching Back Inc, we thank those who served, those we lost, and those who continue to preserve their memory with pride and love.

Freedom is never free. Today, we remember. ❤️🤍💙

Today we celebrate the strength, sacrifice, love, wisdom, and grace of mothers everywhere.

To every mother, grandmother, bonus mom, aunt, caregiver, and woman who has nurtured a life with love…thank you. Your impact reaches far beyond what words can express.

At Reaching Back Inc., we honor the women who build families, strengthen communities, and leave lasting legacies for generations to come.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers near and far. You are appreciated. You are loved. You are unforgettable. 💜🌸

With Love,
Reaching Back Inc.

Memphis… our seniors still need us. ❤️

Some of the very people who built our neighborhoods, raised our families, and paved the way for us are now struggling with basic needs like safe homes, repairs, and support services.

Through Reaching Back Inc., we are providing wraparound services for senior citizens across Memphis and the MidSouth — helping restore dignity, safety, and hope for the generation that came before us.

But we cannot do it alone.

Your donation helps us provide:
• Critical home repairs
• Safety improvements
• Support services for seniors living alone
• Compassionate care for our elders

Every contribution — big or small — directly impacts a senior in our community.

If you’ve ever loved a grandmother, grandfather, parent, or elder in your life… this is your moment to give back.
