Real change grows from the ground up. This week, we're keeping it simple:

👂 Listen to your neighbors.
💬 Connect with the people around you.
✊ Take action, big or small.

Whitehaven's future is built by the people who show up for it. What's one way you'll show up this week? Tell us in the comments. 👇

Strong communities aren't built overnight. They're built by neighbors who show up, invest in each other, and refuse to leave anyone behind. 🌱

At GWERC Memphis, that's the work we do every day: creating pathways to opportunity right here in our city. And we want you at the table.

Failure isn't the end of your story. It's part of the process. 🖤💛 Here's how to rebound when things don't go as planned:

1️⃣ Reframe it. Ask "what did this teach me?" instead of "why did this happen to me?"

2️⃣ Revisit your why. Let your purpose pull you forward.

3️⃣ Take one small step. Progress over perfection.

Give yourself permission to fail. That's how you grow.

09/22/2026

Failure isn't proof you're not capable, it's proof you're trying.

If you're looking for ways to bounce back, check us out at gwercmemphis.org.

Keep going. We need you.

Are you struggling to focus?💭

When inspiration dips, and it will, go back to your why. Why you started this business, and why you're still showing up on the days it's hard.

Purpose creates energy. Energy creates movement.
Some weeks feel like progress. Some weeks feel like you're just holding the line. Both are the process. Keep going.

Rooted here. Rising together. 🌳
