PERL People for the Enforcement of R**e Laws offers peer support and advocates for government to enforce existing laws before creating new ones.

PERL is a community organization that monitors law enforcement responses to sexual violence. Our goal is to end the law enforcement and political practices that effectively decriminalize sexual violence. We also connect victims with information about their rights, equipping them with tools so that they can advocate for fair criminal justice policies on behalf of themselves and others. We urge you

to learn more about America’s hidden r**e crisis, where it has been exposed, and why it matters. We invite you to take action and support our efforts to make sure law enforcement takes r**e seriously.
