Serving God's People - SGP

Serving God’s People™ is a rising non-profit organization that puts an emphasis on giving back to the community. SGP’s top priority is to work closely with low income communities and neighborhoods to ensure equality amongst better privileged communities. SGP’s overall goal is to give to others with a Christ based foundation. Founder, Latasha Ross, had a vision to serve others in the midst of other

projects in progress. She knew that this vision was something to be immediately embraced, and it could not be postponed. In Serving God’s People, our mission is “to bring empathy and thoughtfulness to underprivileged communities, caregivers, and disabled persons by providing funding, resources, and relief.” We believe that serving people in the name of God is an important deed, but to put faith back into mankind goes hand-in-hand as well. Our motto is from 1 Thessalonians 5:18, “Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” Mrs. Ross found this to be the key element for her organization because being thankful for even the simplest things has taken her very far in life. The core of Serving God’s People organization is grounded on God, family, friends, and service. As we grow as an organization we will continue to exude these values and aspects of ourselves. Most importantly, we will not only have our services available to just those in need, but to people from all walks of life. We are excited to work with a diverse crowd and a mixture of all cultures because, just as the organization is named, we aim to serve God’s people. Blessings,
