The theme of International Women’s Day 2026 is Abundant Giving - Please join us on March 10th to volunteer with Junior Achievement Memphis at their JA BizTown Event! This event is intended for middle school students to get the opportunity to see how businesses and a micro economy work with the support of professionals and educators!

Amy de Jongh Curry is the recipient of the 2025 Memphis-Area Joint Engineers Council (MJEC) Featured Engineer Award by SWE Memphis: for her dedication to advocating for women in engineering and technology careers, as well as for her consistent leadership within SWE Memphis. She received the award at the MJEC’s E-week Kickoff Luncheon on February 12, 2025. Amy is currently the FY25 Secretary for SWE and has served SWE in various leadership roles throughout the years, including being the previous SWE President.

Congratulations to Amy for this well-deserved recognition!
