Pentecost Sunday, May 24, 2026!
It will be celebrated around the World!
On this day, fifty days after Jesus was resurrected, the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles, Disciples, and other followers of Jesus, enabling them to speak in other tongues and preach the gospel, witness with boldness. Also, this is considered to be the "birth" of the Church.

ATTIRE: All White.

Virtual Kingdom Members who would like to participate are asked to send a picture to Director Jackie Taylor or Min. RaKesha Gray within 24 hours of Worship.

Come with expectation for The Holy Spirit to burn as a mighty rushing wind in GLC!

Bro. Brian K. Nichols, her Son had out of town relatives, friends, coworkers and GLC Church Family to attend this special occasion. In addition, two original Fellowship Club Members were in attendance, Sis. Bobbie Thigpen and Sis. Doris McGee. Original not in Attendance: Sis. Emma J. McNulty and Sis. Annie D. Sanders. Her former Co-workers, Apostle Diane Campbell, Power of God Ministries-POG and Sis. Kinetria Lowe.

Another 1st-Another Historical Moment!
Today after Worship, Pastor Gray and GLC had its 1st Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Dedication to rename our current Fellowship Hall to "Sis. Josephine Nichols Fellowship Hall."
Her Son, Bro. Brian K. Nichols had out of town relatives and friends: her Sister, Niece and Family Friend, local family, co-workers, friends and Church family to attend this special occasion.

Additionally, Virtual Relatives: DrPatricia James-Holloway, Nita Hawkins and GiGi Peacock, friends and former Members who grew up in Golden Leaf viewed virtually.

Her Son, Bro. Brian Nichols received a plaque to include an original writing from Pastor Gray. Also, two original Fellowship Club Members were in attendance and shared words, Sis. Bobbie Thigpen and Sis. Doris McGee. Original not in Attendance: Sis. Emma J. McNulty and Sis. Annie D. Sanders. Her former Co-workers, Apostle Diane Campbell, Power of God Ministries-POG and Sis. Kinetria Lowe. Min. Danette V. Johnson, Power of God Ministries-POG
