C.A.R.E.S Club has teamed up with the Arrive Alive Tour to bring a hands-on distracted driving simulation to campus today.

Students will get a real-time look at how distractions impact driving decisions.

🚸 Back to School Reminder 🚸

As students return to school on Thursday, please slow down and stay alert—especially around school buses and bus stops.

🛑 It is illegal to pass a stopped school bus with flashing red lights and an extended stop sign. Vehicles traveling in both directions must stop, unless separated by a physical median (like a grass divider or concrete barrier).

Watch for children waiting at bus stops and crossing the street. Always reduce your speed in residential areas.

🚨 In Tennessee, illegally passing a stopped school bus can result in a hefty fine and 8 points on your driver's license.
