The Barbeque Republic, est. 1993 We cook award winning Whole Hogs!!! Tiger invited 10 friends, Todd Adams did the same and the ball started rolling... That first year was incredible!

Flash back to 1992... Todd Adams and Tiger Bryant were drinking @ Newbys... Someone had a MIM BBQ fest application... after a few beers, and a few more... We knew they wanted in the event but heard thru the grapevine "the only way into MIM BBQ fest was to win a cooking event"... That up coming year 1993, MIM was celebrating Russia... a few more beers and The Moscows from Porky Park were wr

itten on the application... We could not have been more surprised when we received a confirmation letter in the mail; The Moscows from Porky Park were accepted in to the World Championship, MIM BBQ Fest! Tied for 2nd place in sauce and had our first of many, Green MIM BBQ Fest Trophies!!! That year we cooked shoulders then changed to Whole Hog Smoking, as this is what we do best!
