Thrive Memphis (formerly the Exceptional Foundation of West TN) offers a day program, half-day program and after-school programs. In addition to being open Monday-Thursday from 8:00a.m.-6:00p.m., we host weekend events twice a month on either a Thursday night from 6:00-8:00p.m. We also host an 8-week-long summer program Monday-Thursday 8:00a.m.-6:00p.m.

Yesterday was an absolute BLAST at Cameron Brown Park! Our Thrive participants soaked up the sunshine with Sonic drinks in hand, spent time laughing and swinging on the swingset, and had the BEST surprise experience helping the ladies and gentlemen restock the fishing ponds! 🎣 Watching the fish go in and being part of such a special moment was truly a treat for everyone. Days like these are what Thrive is all about — fun, friendship, and unforgettable memories! ☀️💙

Nothing beats a successful day of fishing at our friend Missy’s pond! 🎣☀️ Participants and staff had an absolute blast soaking up the sunshine, reeling in fish, and making unforgettable memories together. Days like these remind us how special time outdoors can be — full of laughter, excitement, and great company. We spent the day exploring the library, finding great reads, and soaking up this fabulous weather outside! Nothing beats sunshine, smiles, and time spent together making memories. From page-turning adventures to enjoying the fresh air, today was full of fun from start to finish! 🌸😎💛

Our participants had such a special time painting and decorating beautiful birdhouses for their moms, grandmas, and the amazing women who make a difference in their lives. 💐🎨🕊️

Every brushstroke was filled with creativity, love, and appreciation for the women who encourage, support, and inspire them each day. We are truly blessed to be surrounded by so many caring and incredible ladies who mean so much to our Thrive family. ❤️

These sweet gifts were made straight from the heart, and we know they will bring lots of smiles this Mother’s Day season! 🌸

There’s still time to get your Corky’s order in for Memorial Day! 🇺🇸🔥

We are offering hickory smoked Boston butts, slabs of ribs, and a variety of delicious cakes — all frozen so you can enjoy them whenever it’s convenient for your family! Perfect for Memorial Day gatherings, graduation celebrations, or stocking the freezer for an easy meal.

Orders must be turned in and paid for by May 13. All information can be found on the flyer below. Proceeds help support the amazing programs at Thrive Memphis! ❤️

Rainy days didn’t slow us down one bit this week at THRIVE! ☔🌷
We turned those April showers into fun adventures with field trips to Barnes & Noble and Frost Bake Shop! From browsing great books to enjoying sweet treats with friends, we made the most of every rainy day.

Because we know… April showers bring May flowers — and LOTS of smiles along the way! 🌸💛

What an incredible day at our THRIVE Fashion Show! It was such a huge success, and we are so proud of all of our amazing models who truly shined on the runway. The smiles, confidence, and joy made the day so special for everyone involved.

A very big thank you to Plato’s Closet for providing all of the stylish outfits for our models—we are so grateful for your support in helping make this event unforgettable.

Days like this remind us just how special our participants are. We loved celebrating them and watching them feel confident, seen, and celebrated. 💙

All items come frozen, so you can enjoy them whenever it’s convenient for you. Stock up now for Memorial Day and graduation celebrations!

Orders are due by May 13
Pickup will be at THRIVE on May 20
